vielife Limited ("vielife"), the creator of the vielife.com website (the "Website"), have created this Privacy, Security and Data Protection Policy to demonstrate our commitment to ensuring the privacy and security of the information that you share with us in accordance with our duties under the Data Protection Act 1998. This document describes how and for what purposes we collect and use personal data from visitors to the Website (i.e. information or data about a particular visitor who can be identified from that data or from it together with other information which is in, or is likely to come into, our possession):
We are asking you to provide your name, company, job title, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address so that we can send you our corporate brochure or a product demonstration. We may also contact you about vielife products and services.

When you provide us with your details these will be sent to our internal secure network, separate from our Website server. No personal information submitted on the Website is retained on the web servers, keeping it safe from hackers attempting to access the information.

The UK has a high degree of data protection regulation and consequently you can be assured that wherever you are, the fact that all of your data is stored on servers based in the UK means that your information is processed in accordance with UK data protection principles.
If you intend to access your e-mails from a computer located outside the EEA, in order for us to be able to send you information by e-mail, we will need to transfer personal data about you outside of the EEA to you, and by clicking on the button marked "I agree" below you will be signifying your consent to us doing this.
We will not make any changes to this Privacy, Security and Data Protection Policy without giving you notice that we have made a change on the homepage of the Website (for one month after the change has been made) together with a link to what has been changed.
